How to Prepare for a Portrait Photography Session

Book your session
Get in touch and we'll have a quick chat about what you're after. This is free and helps me plan the shoot properly.

Choose your location
Pick somewhere in Stockholm that fits the vibe. Djurgården is great for greenery, Gamla Stan has that old-town feel, and Södermalm works for something more modern. I can suggest spots if you're not sure.

Plan your wardrobe
Solid colours tend to photograph best. Skip busy patterns and big logos. Bring a couple of outfit options if you want variety. For family sessions, coordinate colours rather than wearing matching outfits.

Prepare on the day
Sleep well, drink water, keep makeup natural. Show up a few minutes early and bring any props or personal items you want in the photos.

Just be yourself. I'll guide you, but it's more of a conversation than a posing drill. Sessions run 1-2 hours.

You'll get access to a private online gallery within 7-14 days. Pick your favourites and download them in full resolution.
